meet baron

Baron has been a resident of Palmer Township since 2006, and formerly served as the Vice President of the Easton Area School District Board of Education. During his tenure on the school board, he was a part of numerous district successes, including being a part of the initial planning for the newly constructed Palmer Elementary School and collaborating with the township and the Charles Chrin Companies in the completion of the Route 33 Charles Chrin Interchange and Commerce Centre. Baron has a particular interest in economic development opportunities for the township. 

Baron is a career educator, currently serving as a college admissions officer at Kutztown University, where he obtained his Master of Education degree. He held previous roles in admissions at his undergraduate alma mater, East Stroudsburg University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration. He is also a proud alumnus of Easton Area High School.  

Baron comes from a large family, being the middle child with six siblings. He is the son of an economic development project manager and an executive assistant, both of whom are retired from extensive careers in New York City government.

Baron takes community participation very seriously. He serves as an ordained deacon and youth leader at his local church, board member for the Northampton County Prison Advisory Board,  and has previously served as the chairman of the Career Institute of Technology Board of Directors, and the board for the Foundation For Easton Schools.

Baron is ready, eager, and willing to serve Palmer Township well!
